Beazley Ambassador Scholarship is founded so as to provide people with the motivation, training, and confidence to go out and use their initiative and at the same time, support them if they struggle with their education goals.
That is why the foundation gives financial aid to current or incoming undergraduate or graduate students.

The fund is offering three $5,000 scholarships to underrepresented minority students who want to enter the field of insurance or insurance-related fields.
If you are interested in this award, you should take a look at the eligibility criteria.

Who's eligible?
The scholarship criteria for students who want to apply are the following:
Applicants must be interested in exploring a career in insurance.
They need to be US citizens and current or incoming undergraduate or graduate students at an accredited institution.
Their academic standing has to be food and they need to be members of a protected class whether it be race or ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability, citizenship, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
The applicants have to be involved in supporting diversity through education in their school or community.
How to Apply
The application process is not so complicated and there are documents that need to be submitted:
Those are the resume including grade point average, a letter of recommendation from a teacher, professor, academic advisor, leader of a group that they are a part of or the like; and a completed video or written essay.
Video or essay has to be addressing the following: Why does diversity in the workplace matter and how should companies showcase this?
If you determine to submit a video, you should upload it to YouTube and provide your contact information and the link to scholarships@beazley.com.
If you have a written essay, you should submit it in a PDF format to scholarships@beazley.com.
The application period starts on 15th April and finishes on 1st June.
Make sure you have submitted all the documents prior to that date.
If you happen to be the lucky recipient, you will be contacted directly and notified about the award.
