BrightLife Direct is proud to announce their scholarship of $1,000 which is aimed at a student who is currently enrolled full-time in an occupational therapy, physical therapy (PT) or a physical therapy assistant (PTA) program.
What BrightLife Direct is trying to do is to help a current student achieve their goal of becoming a certified therapist through their award, as they notice the importance of financial support during the higher education period.

The application process begins on January 1st and from that moment on the fillable application forms will be available on the scholarship provider’s official website.
Who's eligible?
If you are wondering whether you meet the eligibility requirements or not, here are some criteria that you must fulfill so as to be accepted as a possible scholarship winner.
The student who is applying must be a US citizen who is in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
The student must be currently enrolled in a program accredited by CAPTE or ACOTE and at least one year of the program must be completed before the deadline.
Only eligible applicants will get the chance of winning this award.
Ineligible ones are suggested not to apply.
How to Apply
When the application requirements re in question, the eligible candidates have to provide the following information which has to be received before the deadline.
The submitted documents must be a completed application with the official transcript, current curriculum vitae and one letter of recommendation attached.
The letter has to include the person’s name, position, contact information, and email and must be mailed or emailed by the person who has written it and who is recommending the candidate.
The applicant is required to complete a short essay in which he/she will speak about the reasons why he/she decided to pursue an education in physical/occupational therapy.
The essay should be no longer than one page.
