CBC Foundation offers scholarships each year in support of the arts. The opportunity for application is open to continuing or accepted, but yet to join college students. The applicant can also liaise with their school for the application process.
Exemplary academic performance is an advantage for the applicants, with a 2.5 GPA score on 4.0 scale being the desired performance. As stated on the foundation’s website, special consideration will be given to African-American students.
Who's eligible?
To be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant needs to meet the following conditions:
- U.S citizen/Permanent Resident
- Enrolled/Pending Enrollment for Full-time Undergraduate Course in Visual Arts
- Minimum 2.5 GPA on the scale of 4.0
- Proof of leadership skills and community service
- Qualified African-American/Black students
