The Cheryle Jett-Boge Memorial Veterinary Scholarship is awarded annually thanks to the Stanwood-Camano Area Foundation, a non-profit charitable organization that has the mission to support people with financial difficulties achieving educational goals.

The scholarship application process starts on the 2nd Monday in June and applications are due the 2nd Friday in July.
There is no GPA requirement for this scholarship and there is no required grade level, as well.
The award amount is $500 and there will be two winners selected among a huge amount of applicants.
People with demonstrated financial need will be given preference.
Who's eligible?
Applicants eager to apply for the Cheryle Jett-Boge Memorial Veterinary Scholarship would need to get acquainted with the eligibility requirements prior to applying for the award.
The basic eligibility criteria include that the applicant must be 21 years of age or older, not enrolled in college for the last two years, and currently working in a veterinary clinic or with animals.
In addition to eligibility requirements listed for each individual scholarship, all applicants must reside within the boundaries of the Stanwood-Camano School District or be a former graduate of either Stanwood High School or Lincoln Hill High School and they must demonstrate financial need.
Ineligible applications will be rejected, while those late ones will not be taken into consideration, even though the applicant is eligible for the scholarship.
How to Apply
The most significant to remember is the deadline, which is on 15th July, and to make sure you submit all the application materials prior to that moment.
Besides the scholarship application form which has to be completed with honest and accurate answers, the applicant must submit one confidential letter of recommendation written by a person who can speak about the applicant’s qualifications and reasons why he/she is the most appropriate candidate for the award.
The applicant is responsible for ensuring that the application package is complete, being that only complete application packages that are received by the application deadline will be considered.
