Noyce Scholarships for Science and Math Majors is giving a full tuition grant to the qualified students who has the power to get involved in social justice and can create change in the urban school and their locality.
Full Description
If you got the heart for social justice and community change then you are highly qualified to avail of this Noyce Scholarships. A full tuition fee of $25,000 will be given in junior and senior completing the college degree. One must be in the field of life science taking a major of Science and Math.
Who's eligible?
- Must be enrolled specializing in Math and Science at Master of Urban Secondary Teachers MUST program or promised to commit in teaching earth science.
- An assessment of GPA minimum 3.0 rating
- Be available for an interview in person with the committee representative
- Must complete the 14th month program with a totality of full tuition scholarship grant
- Adhere to teach through signature signing for a teaching employment of one year after graduation for every semester granted
- Possess a high regard to social justice and urban community change
- Participate in the activities hosted by the Cleveland State University Robert J. Noyce Scholarship Program
- Must be a US citizen
How to Apply
- Must fill in necessary data in the Robert J. Noyce Scholarship application form
- Prepare your 500-600 word text stating your academic and career objectives
- Attached your present resume which presents your educational attainment, employment, achievements and community involvements
- For undergraduate studies, must submit a transcript of record within your last two years of studying but for the post college studies you must comply an official transcript of your bachelor records
- Send your recommendation letter electronically and your academic performance to the e mail stated in the website
