The CSUB Albert Holloway Memorial Scholarship is created in honor of Albert Holloway.
He was the man who devoted his life to the academic support, intercollegiate athletics, nominating, and student support committees of the foundation.

When the Albert Holloway Memorial scholarship award is in question, it has to be said that the amount varies and it is determined each year by the scholarship committee prior to the application process opening.
The amount is also going to vary depending on the need of the recipient.
Who's eligible?
Being that Albert Holloway was a great supporter of academics, extracurricular, student service programs, and the athletic program, the foundation decided to keep on supporting young athletes reach their goals.
That is why, only student-athletes at California State University-Bakersfield are allowed to apply for it.
Furthermore, the eligible applicant is the one who is enrolled full-time in the school and who is representing the university in any leagues that the team is participating on.
There is no GPA or Major requirement for this scholarship.
