The Armand Hammer Fine Arts Scholarship program is just one of many scholarship programs that this foundation has to offer and they all exist with the aim to provide support to CSUB students majoring in Fine Arts.
Full Description
The aim of this award is to support outstanding student musicians majoring in Music, Art and Theatre and require a separate application and audition.
The eligible grade levels are College Freshman, College Sophomore and College Junior.
Who's eligible?
As with any other scholarship, there are certain eligibility criteria that have to be met in order to apply for it and become a possible winner.
If you do not meet the following criteria, you are suggested not to waste your time applying, as your application will be rejected.
The eligible applicant must be enrolled full-time and majoring in Fine Arts upper-division;
He/she has to achieve minimum 3.0 GPA and be in the top 20% of their Fine Arts discipline;
The applicant has to exhibit outstanding talent in his/her field.
Students should know that the preference will be given to those with junior standing.
How to Apply
The application process is done online , and to begin applying for scholarships, you are required to first sign in using your CSUB username (NetID) and password by clicking the Sign In With Your
Institution button which can be found on the scholarship provider official webpage.
Those who do not have a CSUB ID number would not to be able to sign in and begin their scholarship application.
Once signed in, you will be asked to fill out the General Scholarship Application, and the system will match you with all scholarships in which you meet the criteria.
Meeting the qualification criteria does not guarantee you will receive a scholarship.
The application period starts on January 1st and finishes on March 2nd.
Make sure you have submitted the application followed by the required documentation prior to that date.
