The Clare Boothe Luce (CBL) Program exists since 1989 when it granted the first award to support women interested in science, mathematics and engineering.
The organization was created by Clare Boothe Luce and her desire and goal was to encourage women to enroll in universities related to science, mathematics and engineering and become highly educated residents of the United States.
Thanks to this organization, more than 2500 women got quality education and became successful, educated citizens.

The Clare Boothe Luce Program has awards in three categories, for undergraduate, meaning that the program gives scholarships that enable students to focus on their studies rather than thinking about finances, graduate awards for the first two years of a Ph.D. program and professorships for the first five years

Who's eligible?
It is good to know that the competition for the awards starts on November 15th and the deadline to submit online information form is March 1st and that only institution is eligible to apply, not individuals.
The program is designed for four-year degree-granting institutions, especially Catholic ones.
The requirement is that the recipients must be U.S. citizens and all the other information can be found in Institution Program Guidelines which is on their official website.
How to Apply
Clare Boothe Luce Program grants require a two-step process where the first step is to fill out the Information Form Application which can be downloaded as a PDF copy.
This application should be sent through the online portal only if your institution fulfills all the requirements.
You will need to select one of the possible categories and create an account on their portal.
The second step is possible after you have been invited by the Selection Committee which reviewed your application.
Your task then is to submit full proposals.
