A good thing to know is that by applying to only one scholarship, you will be able to get a wide range of scholarships based upon where you attend high school or college, where you live and your college major.
It is significant to pay attention to the deadlines and submit the application form prior to May 30th when the scholarship application submission for current college students and some high school seniors finishes.
First, applicants must be graduates of high schools within Shelby County (Ohio) or residents of any public school district within Shelby County pursuing a certificate or an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in medical and associated health professions.
Furthermore, the eligible students must have a minimum 2.0 GPA.

There is certain documentation that has to be prepared before you start completing the application.
You will be asked the following questions throughout the application procedure:
In what school district do you live?
In what county do you live?
What is your cumulative grade point average?
So, what you will need to gather is your high school and/or college transcript, a list of school and community service activities and one to three Letters of Recommendation.
Furthermore, you need to provide your EFC (Expected Family Contribution) from the FAFSA form and college cost of attendance information.
Have in mind the fact that your application is considered incomplete without the submission of at least one letter of recommendation from a teacher, coach, advisor or employer.
