Why are they providing scholarships?
They are aware of how hard it is to start your own business, especially if you’re currently in college or university. So, they’ve decided to launch a program which will help young aspiring entrepreneurs make their business dreams a reality.
Whatever you plan to do, invest in materials, attend a trade show or just need financial support, they want to help you on your way to success.
Who's eligible?
All students who are currently studying at an accredited UK or US learning institution and both current and incoming undergraduate or postgraduate students.
Exchange students aren’t eligible to enter.
How to Apply
If you’re applying for the scholarship, you must express your determination to start your own business.
You don’t need to show them a detailed business plan, but you need to have a well-researched business proposal you’re ambitious about and are interested in.
Their scholarship is open to all students studying at an officially recognized or listed UK and US higher learning or further education institution, and it is specifically designed to supplement each student’s annual income, to enable them to spend more time pursuing and developing a new business idea.
What is the award?
A scholarship of £1,000 for UK or $1,250 for US students which should be used solely to help develop the winner’s business ideas.
