Apartment hunting is an extremely hard and overwhelming process. It requires a lot of patience, stamina, organization and hard work to find just the perfect home for you.
It’s also important to be decisive and act quickly when you find something you like because there’s a chance there are other people who like that apartment just as much as you.
That is why RentHop has developed a service that brings searching for a new apartment into the 21st century and modernizes all of the aspects of real estate.
Full Description
The RentHop Apartment Scholarship is an annual scholarship that offers up to $3,000 a year to ambitious students who are currently studying in the US who show diligence and leadership which are highly valued at our company.
Awards
- A scholarship of $1000.
- A part-time or full-time internship with RentHop (this award is available to those students who have an appropriate degree program).
Deadlines:
- April 30, 2018
- August 31, 2018
The winner will be notified within 30 days of each deadline.
Who's eligible?
Undergraduate students in bachelors and associate degree programs in the US, or high school seniors who are graduating and working towards a bachelor’s or associate’s degree.
How to Apply
Send an essay under 500 words to college-scholarship@renthop.com where you will answer this question:
“Technology is changing every aspect of our daily lives, from searching for real estate to phones in our pocket that are more powerful than anyone would have imagined a generation prior. In the next 5 years, what do you feel will be the most profound changes that impact college graduates, their careers, and their personal lives? To what extent are those cultural and societal shifts aligned with your personal ambitions, your school degree program, and the RentHop values?”
Feel free to be as creative with your essay as you can, and answer the question as you like.
You must apply with the email address your school provided for you. If you don’t have one, you can apply with your personal email address, with an attached PDF file of your acceptance letter.
All contestants will have to be verified to be in an Undergraduate or Associates program.
