A semi-annual $1000 scholarship dedicated to current or prospective medical students who are able to show their dedication and passion for the field of medicine.
SignatureCare Emergency Center is a 24/7 emergency medical service licensed by the Texas Department of Health Services, with staff ranging from licensed nurses and radiology technicians to emergency-trained ancillary personnel and many others. Their emergency room has state-of-the-art medical imaging technologies, X-rays and ambulance services.
They offer annual two $1000 scholarships dedicated to medical students enrolled in accredited colleges or universities or to prospective medical students. In order to apply, candidates must submit a 500 words essay and a 30 seconds video describing who or what inspired them to pursue a career in medicine.
The deadlines for the application are July 31, 2024 for the Fall semester, and December 15, 2024 for the Spring semester. The winners will be notified by phone or email two weeks after the deadlines. SignatureCare Emergency Center will also publicly announce the winners on their website as well as on their social media platforms.
Applicants must write a 500 words essay and shoot a 30-seconds video, both aiming to answer the question about who or what inspired them to enter the medical field.
The essays and videos should be submitted by email no later than July 31, 2024 for the Fall semester or December 15, 2024 for the Spring semester.
